Many of you, on completion of their undergraduate or
postgraduate studies, are looking to return home to work or to work in another
country overseas.
We are running a session on
Wednesday 20th May 1.00-2.00pm in Hicks Lecture
Theatre 1 which aims to help you with this process.
It will cover the following areas:-
-Job seeking in your home country or other countries overseas
-How to effectively use the Careers Service resources, ‘myInternational
Career’ and ‘Going Global’ (which cover 66 different countries), to help you
with this
-Reflecting on what you have gained from your time in the UK
-How to market to employers what you gained from your time at
the University of Sheffield
-How to make the most of the time you have left at the
University
